PRODUCTION FLOW PREPARATION | MIXING INGREDIENTS
We are using Premium quality natural ingredients which are free from artificial colour and flavour. Ingredients are fed into the mixer automatically as per the standard recipe. Accurate weighing and metering of ingredients for making dough is the key to much of the success of the biscuit making process. Materials are weighed and put into central mixer and this is discharged pneumatically to the several mixers.
PRODUCTION LINE PUNCHING | EMBOSS | BACKING
Dough is moulded into the required shape and then baked in travelling ovens with several independent control zones. Following changes occur during baking process: Texture development Reduction in moisture level to between 1-4% Change in surface coloration.
PACKAGING | QUALITY CONTROL
Checking all Raw materials, Packaging materials & finished products against standard specification. Facilitating checks and measurements during the manufacturing process and also monitoring hygiene and product safety arrangements.
